The Body Blast philosophy is based on integrating the athletic elements of sport and life through functional based performance training and conditioning to help maximize the athletes potential while incorporating overall injury and ACL prevention exercises and stretches. Strength and conditioning is important to every athlete, but especially for those in competitive sports. Strength training is imperative for performance longevity, optimal athleticism, maximizing athlete potential, and safety. We focus on movement quality, structural balance, and absolute strength as the foundation of speed and power. Energy systems training, agility, and explosive power training will develop well-rounded athletes. Helping a committed athlete achieve their goals is Body Blast’s sole priority and its true passion.
