thumbnail-2.pngMy name is Nicole DiMeglio.  I am a certified CrossFit Level 1 Coach and have been competing in this sport for five years. Starting Soccer and Basketball at the age of 7, these two sports became a huge part of my life and continued on throughout my high school career at Norwalk High. Being a varsity athlete for all four years in both sports, and becoming captain of both teams my senior year, I realized quickly that my passion has always been finding the most effective way of training my body and becoming a better athlete each day. After graduating with a Business degree from Eastern Connecticut State University in 2013, I found another passion of mine through weight training and became CrossFit certified. The experience of training people of all ages with different goals made me realize that I wanted to work in a physically active environment for the rest of my life. In May of 2017, I graduated from Manhattanville College with a master’s degree in teaching for Physical Education. That summer, I took on the role of strength and conditioning coaching with Body Blast Sports Performance’s summer high school program and the outcome was immeasurable. I am a PE in Stamford, CT and entering my fourth year and I love it! I continue to look forward to enhancing the lives of students and athletes by teaching them how to live an overall healthy lifestyle, not just physically, but also mentally!
