Nicole DiMeglio is a certified CrossFit Level 1 Coach and has been competing in this sport for 7 years. She started playing Soccer and Basketball at the age of 7 and these two sports became a huge part of her life. She continued these two sports into her high school career playing for Norwalk High. Nicole was a varsity athlete for all four years in both sports, and became captain of both teams her senior year. She realized quickly that her passion was finding the most effective way of training her body and becoming a better athlete each day. After graduating with a Business degree from Eastern Connecticut State University in 2013, she found another passion through weight training and became CrossFit certified. The experience of training people of all ages with different goals made her realize she wanted to work in a physically active environment for the rest of her life. In May of 2017, she graduated from Manhattanville College with a Master’s degree in teaching for Physical Education. That summer, she began her role as a strength and conditioning coach with Body Blast Sports Performance’s summer high school program and the outcome was immeasurable. She is a Physical Education Teacher in Stamford, CT and is entering her fifth year! She looks forward to enhancing the lives of students and athletes by teaching them how to live an overall healthy lifestyle, not just physically, but also mentally!
